I have an 03 z400. its a california model. the air screw has the plug over it. i can drill that out just fine, but do i need to re-plug that before i ride, or is that one of those California smog things? like am i not suposed to change it at .... My 05 Z400 has not been started since last fall. I tried to start it and it just clicked. Replaced the battery and it still just clicks. I tried crossing the wires at the solenoid and it nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
